Star Festival

Materials: Hydrangeas (Nikko Blue, Annabelle), Bamboo (Golden Goddess)

July 7th is Star Festival (Tanabata) in Japan.  Wishes are written on strips of paper and hung on bamboo branches.  The color blue is used to cool down hot summer days.
