Ornamental Grasses

When I started planting in 2001, I was not interested in anything but flowers.  That attitude had to be changed as some portion of my garden no longer produced flowers.  It has to do with overgrown trees that block the sun and compete for nutrient and water.  Since 2014 (the first serious drought), I gradually added ornamental grasses.  Some have wonderful colors or texture, that are perfect materials for floral arrangements.  Some are simply soothing to watch when wind blows like this Mexican feather grass.
