Dried Poppy Seedpods

This was the last flush of roses before pruning.  The dried seedpods from ‘Lauren’s Grape’ poppies—once red wine–colored and paper-thin—are just as dramatic as they were in bloom.
Materials:  Roses (Sunset Celebration, Peace, Pink Promise, Fire ‘n’ Ice), poppy seed pods (Lauren’s Grape), Oakleaf Hydrangea branches, Eucalyptus branches
